If you need to cancel, I ask that you please do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within that 48hr period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you are sick or have a valid reason for canceling, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Please understand that I may not be able to reschedule you within the month of your original appointment.

If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text ahead to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate you if possible (less foils, no blow dry, no haircut, etc.)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking.

There are 2hr metered on street spaces located directly across from the salon on St. Philip St. There is a public pay-to-park lot a few doors down at 70 Line St. This lot can also be entered by King St. before the overpass.
